Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company‘s goals and production timelines.
• Manage relationships with a wide range of suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and prices.
• Lead and organize a team of purchasing professionals, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to adjust strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices in all procurement activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize the quality of information.
• Implement and refine procurement systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the textile industry, with a deep understanding of fabrics and production processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within Sourcing or Purchasing departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex negotiations and make strategic decisions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international suppliers.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
